Hike out-and-back with me from Baker Campground to beautiful Summit Creek in the Emigrant Wilderness Area. Ws'll travel through Kennedy Meadows and follow the Stanislaus River to its headwaters, passing scenic Kennedy Creek, Relief Reservoir, and Grouse Creek. If you watch the whole movie (yeah, right...), you're welcome to join me back at camp for a cold ale and some delicious flank steak fajitas at the end of the day. Most people can do this hike in about 4 hours. It took me much longer. |
